For your convenience, our Athletic department has made our release forms available in Adobe PDF format. You may download and print each form individually or as a complete packet. All forms must be signed by the student-athlete and parent or guardian prior to any after school participation begins. In addition, the Athletic department has made the CIF-SS Constitution, Bylaws & Rulings Bluebook and NCAA Banned Substances List available here as well.

NCAA Initial Eligibility Clearinghouse All student-athletes who wish to participate in college at the NCAA Division I or II level must register with the NCAA Initial Eligibility Clearinghouse by the completion of their junior year of high school. Upon registering, student-athletes are required to send in their high school transcripts and SAT / ACT score report(s). Some student-athletes may be eligible for a fee-waiver. Ask your counselor if you qualify. The NCAA Clearinghouse fee is $75. IMPORTANT: Division I schools have recruiting sections on their websites. Most athletes begin the recruiting process during or before their sophomore year. Ideally, you or your coach should provide recruiters with a game schedule, annual statistic summaries and highlight films. DyeStatCal Web Site Coast Soccer League - California's Premier Soccer League Norwalk high school soccer players interested in playing during the off-season should check out the Coast Soccer League. With four different divisions and several age groups to choose from, a player of any skill level with find a team to play on. Within each age group, divisions begin with bronze and then progress to silver, gold and premier. Tournaments include local tournaments, State Cup, and National Cup to name a few. So if you want to improve your skill, join a Coast Soccer League team in your area.
