New School Year Meal Distribution

2020-2021 School Year Meal Distribution

During 100% Distant Learning

 

The first meal pickup will be Thursday, August 13th, 2020, 11:30-1:30

Beginning Monday, August 17th, every Monday and Wednesday pickup times will be 7:30-9:30 and 11:30-1:30.

 

Meal Pickup Locations

  • Eastwood – Serving Eastwood & La Pluma students
  • Glazier – Serving Glazier, Lampton & New River students
  • Glenn – Serving Glenn, El Camino & SE Academy students
  • Hutchinson – Serving Hutchinson, Foster Rd & Gardenhill students
  • La Mirada – Serving La Mirada, Benton & Dulles students
  • Los Alisos – Serving Los Alisos, Nuffer & Huerta Transition students (Huerta pre-school students pick up at Ramona)
  • Los Coyotes – Serving Los Coyotes & Escalona students
  • Moffitt – Serving Moffitt, Chavez & Waite students
  • Morrison – Serving Morrison, Johnston, Norwalk HS & Corvallis students
  • Ramona – Serving Ramona & all pre-school students
  • Sanchez – Serving Sanchez, Edmondson & Dolland students

On Monday, the meal package will contain 2 breakfast and 2 lunch meals per enrolled student. 

On Wednesday, the meal package will contain 3 breakfast and 3 lunches per enrolled student.

Important Information

  1. Complete a meal application for the new school year to see if you qualify for meals at no charge to you at lunchapplication.com
  2. Meals may also be purchased for a reasonable price at $2.50 for a breakfast and $3.50 for a lunch meal *** Cash will not be accepted at the school sites during the pandemic. Meal payments can be made at k12paymentcenter.com.
  3. Parents/guardians are responsible to complete a new meal application every year to see if they are eligible for free meals or to pay for their children’s meals.
  • Parents or guardians may pick up the meals for their children enrolled in NLMUSD.
  • A student name or student identification number is required at pickup.
  • A mask must be worn.
  • Practice physical distancing by standing at least 6-feet from others.
  • Stay home if you are ill.
