It is my pleasure to teach at Norwalk High School. Our students are so creative that it is thrilling to instruct them, support them, and encourage their artistic endeavors!
Art, Advanced Art, AP Studio Art, and Fashion Design are classes that I teach most years.
My degree is from California State University, Fullerton in Illustration. My teaching credential was earned at California State University, Long Beach. As a fashion designer and garment business owner for many years, before becoming a teacher, I gained extensive experience in design and business.
My goal is to give every student an opportunity to express themselves in the arts whether or not they are currently enrolled in an art course. It is as easy as joining Art Club and attending Saturday workshops. The workshops begin in November through May, 9-12. Student's work is showcased at the end of the year at Artrageous.
