I have been teaching for the last 32 years, (32) years with The Red Cross, and the last 17 years as a High School Teacher at Southeast ROP, ABC Unified School District, Norwalk La Mirada Unified School District, and Norwalk High School. The classes I currently teach are Emergency Medical Response, which is an entry level EMS course, similar to EMT.
My other class is Human Body Systems which is the second year of the Biomedical Pathway. I am an Avid skier and outdoorsman and have been a volunteer with the Mt. Baldy Ski Patrol for the last ten years. I also teach Outdoor Emergency Care for the National Ski Patrol, and serve at Mt. Baldy as a Trainer for those who are just starting out in Ski Patrol. I am also an active supporter of Norwalk Athletics and serve as the Medical Trainer on an as needed basis.
